Riley, Esq.Senior Attorney at ACGCURRENT POSITIONMr. Riley is an experienced trial attorney whose practice emphasizes commercial and construction litigation, creditors’ rights, and bankruptcy law. Doug began his legal career as a trial lawyer in the Navy JAG Corps, serving on active duty from 1980 to 1983. Upon completing his military service, Doug joined the litigation department of Miles & Stockbridge in Baltimore, where he practiced in state and federal courts until his election to the Baltimore County Council in 1990. After serving two terms as a councilman, Doug returned to the private practice of law in 1998, becoming a partner at Rosenberg Martin Funk Greenberg, LLP until 2006, when he joined Logan Russack as senior counsel. Doug and his wife, Eileen, also an attorney and U.S. Navy Reserve Captain, have three children, and are parishioners at the Church of the Redeemer in Baltimore. Doug has served as a member of the Vestry, and on the Parish Outreach Committee, the Children’s Ministry Committee, the Parish Day School Board, and as chairman of the Project RAISE mentoring program. Mr. Riley is currently a Board Member and District Chairman of the Baltimore Area Council – Boy Scouts of America, and served as treasurer of 1000 Friends of Maryland from 2003 to 2006. He is a former Director of the Baltimore County Public Schools Foundation, a past President of the Towson Business Association (now the Towson Chamber of Commerce), and a two-time Delegate to the Republican National Convention. Doug is also a member of the National Eagle Scout Association.
